“Holly is always positive, and knows precisely what my capabilities are. This means that the exercises we do are totally appropriate to my condition. Working with Holly has allowed me to feel more confident in regaining my ability to walk. Holly also recommended an appropriate exercise bike for wheelchair users (to increase my strength and mobility) and supervised carers when I used the bike. I have no doubt that future clients will immediately feel that with Holly’s expert guidance, their goals can be achieved.”

“My dad has been diagnosed with Parkinsonism since 2018. He used to love his morning walks and enjoyed playing golf at the weekends. Combination of disease progression and Covid lockdown had affected his mobility significantly. Her initial assessment was very thorough and helped her understand my dad’s need. She then tailored exercise programmes to keep my dad active again. She also gives lots of useful techniques to help with my dad’s daily living activities such as getting in and out of bed, how to get up from chair. stretching exercises, how to get himself up from floor in case of fall etc. She also monitors my dad’s progress and gives feedback on my dad’s performance. My dad enjoys exercise sessions with Holly and he always look forward it his weekly session with Holly.

Now six months on, Dad is making good progress. Though Parkinsonism is incurable  neurodegenerative disease, Holly has made my dad’s condition much more bearable and acceptable to live with it. We are extremely grateful for her help and strongly recommend her to patients with neuromuscular diseases.”

“Holly has been providing neuro rehab physiotherapy to my husband who is recovering from a brain injury. Holly is a highly professional, very knowledgeable, kind and friendly therapist who has given us excellent service and has been very supportive both to my husband and myself. I would have no hesitation in recommending Holly as an expert in her field.”

“Holly has been working with my mum for 6 months after she suffered a severe brain bleed. At the time, my mum was bed ridden and her future mobility was incredibly uncertain. Holly works with my mum four times a week and my mum’s progress has been nothing short of remarkable - not just to her family but also to her doctors.  She is beginning to walk unaided and we have no doubt that her full mobility will return in time.  Holly’s approach is empathetic, patient and tailored for each client.  She treats each person as an individual and really listens to her clients, which isn’t always easy when their speech can be severely impaired.  My mum really looks forward to her sessions with Holly and my family and I are extremely grateful for all of the help that she has provided.”

“My husband suffered a stroke and has been receiving physiotherapy sessions from Holly for a number of months. The improvement in his mobility and general well-being is amazing. He has gained in confidence and ability, is walking again and generally is greatly motivated by his own improvement. We have found Holly very approachable and helpful. She always takes the time to listen and advise. She has also recommended aids (cycle, weights etc.) and chairs to improve my husband’s quality of life; she has also followed up procuring these as otherwise the process can be lengthy. Again, this has really helped in making everything more comfortable for my husband. The care attention and treatment he has received has been second to none. I would have no hesitation in recommending Holly to anyone in need of these services, they are exceptional in every way.

Excellent and professional service. Thank you”

“Holly came and evaluated my husband’s needs after his stroke and created a plan setting out goals and therapeutic exercises. She was able to see the potential of what could be achieved and has been a great credit. I can thoroughly recommend Holly for any neurorehab needs.”

“After a recent medical assessment, it was recommended that I should see a vestibular physiotherapist to improve my balance and posture stability. I was put in touch with Holly, to whom I explained my needs. I then saw Holly on three occasions at my home during which she addressed these problems by both going through exercises and explaining the rationale underpinning these exercises. She provided notes following each session, with recommendations and links for further exercises for me to work through. I found Holly to be very helpful and articulate in my dealings with her during three face to face sessions when she provided me with sufficient information, help and support going forward. ”
